Tres Leches with Semita
Ingredients
10 Semita
½ can of Sweetened condensed milk
½ can of Evaporated milk
1 cup of Whole milk
1 cup of Chocolate shake (malteada chocosula)
2 tablespoons of Cocoa powder
½ cup of Dark chocolate coating
3 Egg whites
½ cup of Regular sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, start by breaking the semitas into small pieces and placing them in a cake mold or any container of your choice.
Step 2 : Then, mix the three milks until fully integrated and add the Chocolate shake and cocoa powder.
Step 3 : Melt the dark chocolate coating, add it to the mixture, and set aside.
Step 4 : Soak the semitas with the milk and chocolate mixture until well soaked, then place them in the refrigerator.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and gradually add the regular sugar until completely dissolved in the meringue.
Step 6 : Once ready, place the meringue in a piping bag and cover the soaked semitas.
