Traditional Marquesote
Ingredients
1 cup of Harina de trigo
1 cup of Azúcar
4 Huevos
1 teaspoon of Polvo de hornear
1 teaspoon of Esencia de vainilla
1 cup of Leche
1 pinch of Sal
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the wheat flour with the baking powder and salt.
Step 2 : Then, add the sugar and vanilla essence before incorporating the eggs one by one, beating well after each addition.
Step 3 : Subsequently, gradually add the milk while continuing to beat.
Step 4 : Pour the resulting mixture into a previously greased and floured mold.
Step 5 : Finally, place the mold in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
