2 cups of Corn flour
1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of Melted margarine
1 cup of Water

Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, place the corn flour and mix with margarine and salt until a uniform dough is achieved.
Step 2 : If necessary, add water to reach the proper consistency.
Step 3 : Shape the dough into small balls, inserting pieces of rapadura in the center of each.
Step 4 : Arrange the totopostes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
Step 5 : Bake at 570°F for 15 minutes.
