1 Molde de pan bolillo

1 cup of Rompopo

½ cup of Malteada vainísula

2 tablespoons of Leche condensada

2 Rajas de canela

5 Claradas de huevo

½ cup of Frutos confitados

4 tablespoons of Mantequilla amarilla

Step 2 : Next, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and pass each bread slice through them.

Step 3 : Then, in a skillet with yellow butter, brown each bread slice on both sides.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, prepare a mixture with Rompopo, vanilla milkshake, and condensed milk.

Step 5 : Subsequently, soak the browned bread slices in the prepared mixture.

Step 6 : Once well soaked, place the slices into individual cups and decorate with cinnamon and dried fruits to taste.
