6 Slices of white bread
2 cups of Milk
2 Eggs
½ cup of Sugar
1 teaspoon of Ground cinnamon
Vegetable oil for frying

Step 1 : To prepare Honduran torrejas, start by mixing the milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Step 2 : Then, soak the bread slices in this mixture until thoroughly soaked.
Step 3 : Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the torrejas on both sides until golden and crispy.
Step 4 : Afterward, drain them on paper towels.
Step 5 : Finally, serve the hot torrejas sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon.
