Ingredients

1 cup of All-purpose flour

1 cup of Sugar

1 can of Evaporated milk

1 can of Condensed milk

1 cup of Whole milk

4 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : In a bowl, combine the flour with the baking powder and salt.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.

Step 4 : Add the vanilla essence and continue beating.

Step 5 : Gently fold in the flour mixture.

Step 6 : Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan, then bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Step 7 : Once the cake is ready, prick it with a fork and slowly pour the milk mixture (condensed, evaporated, and whole milk) over it until absorbed.

Step 8 : Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving and enjoying.
