Ingredients

1 ½ cup of Flour

1 ½ cup of Sugar

1 ½ cup of Milk

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Vegetable oil

1 teaspoon of Extract

Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : Beat the eggs with a wire whisk until they are foamy.

Step 2 : Next, add the sugar, milk, extract, and vegetable oil.

Step 3 : Then, add the flour and mix everything well.

Step 4 : Form small balls with the dough and fry them in abundant boiling oil for approximately 3 minutes or until they are golden.

Step 5 : Let the balls rest on paper towels to remove excess grease.

Step 6 : Finally, coat them with ground sugar, and they are ready to be enjoyed.
