Tamarind Jelly
Ingredients
1 pound of Peeled and cleaned tamarind
1 ½ liter of Water
2 cups of Sugar
8 Cloves
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add the water along with 250 grams of tamarind, and boil until all the liquid reduces and a tamarind concentrate is obtained.
Step 2 : In another pot, combine 2 cups of water, sugar, and cloves.
Step 3 : Cook until a light caramel is formed.
Step 4 : Then remove from heat and add the tamarind concentrate.
