Sunrise Tartlet
Ingredients
½ Yellow butter stick
1 ½ cup of Wheat flour
1 pinch of Salt
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon of Sugar
1 pinch of Nutmeg
5 Pears
1 liter of Apple juice
¼ cup of Hibiscus flower
¼ cup of Dark melting chocolate
¼ Margarine stick
½ liter of Guava juice
6 Thyme sprigs
1 cup of Brown sugar
1 liter of Whole milk
1 cup of Cornstarch
1 tablespoon of Vanilla extract
2 Persian lemons
2 tablespoons of Chopped peanuts
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the tartlet, mix the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl.
Step 2 : Then, add the Yellow Butter cut into pieces until well incorporated.
Step 3 : Refrigerate the dough for 10 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the eggs one by one until reaching the desired consistency.
Step 5 : Lightly flour the mold and roll out the dough to 0.5 centimeters thick, then bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
Step 6 : For the filling, heat the Whole Milk and dissolve the cornstarch separately.
Step 7 : Flavor with lemon zest, vanilla extract, and sugar.
Step 8 : Add the cornstarch to the milk and reserve once it comes to a boil.
Step 9 : Spread this mixture over the tartlet and reserve for 2 hours.
Step 10 : Finally, place the pears on the vanilla cream, sprinkle with peanuts, and the tartlet is ready to enjoy.
