Ingredients

1 cup of Rompopo

¼ cup of Sugar

2 teaspoons of Instant dry yeast

2 Eggs

1 Stick of yellow butter

4 cups of Flour

1 pinch of Salt

1 Medium pot with oil for frying

1 cup of Powdered sugar

2 tablespoons of Rompopo

1 teaspoon of Pear nectar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the donuts, first heat the milk and add the sugar.

Step 2 : Then mix with the yeast and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.

Step 3 : Next, add the eggs and melted yellow Butter.

Step 4 : Incorporate the flour until the dough is completely combined and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, roll out the dough and cut the donuts.

Step 6 : Let these rest on a tray for 1 hour.

Step 7 : After, fry each donut in hot oil, turning them to brown both sides, and drain on paper towels.

Step 8 : For the glaze, mix the Rompopo, powdered sugar, and Pear nectar.

Step 9 : Lightly coat the donuts with this mixture and let cool.
