Ingredients

4 Ripe plantains

1 cup of Wheat flour

1 cup of Sugar

½ cup of Melted butter

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

½ cup of Milk

3 Eggs

Preparation

Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180°C to prepare this delicious dessert.

Step 2 : Peel the ripe plantains and mash them until smooth.

Step 3 : In a suitable mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and baking powder.

Step 4 : Add the melted butter, milk, eggs, and mashed plantains, mixing all ingredients evenly.

Step 5 : Pour the batter into a previously greased mold and place it in the oven.

Step 6 : Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 7 : Once done, let it cool before unmolding and serving this exquisite dessert.
