Ingredients

1 pound of Corn flour

2 teaspoons of Baking soda

1 tablespoon of Baking powder

Sugar

6 Egg whites

2 Margarine sticks, melted

½ pound of Cream butter

1 can of Evaporated milk

½ pound of Cottage cheese

½ pound of Parmesan cheese

1 Baking pan

1 cup of Water

1 cup of Milk

Sesame seeds

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, add the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.

Step 2 : Separately, beat the egg whites until they reach a fluffy and manageable consistency.

Step 3 : Incorporate the egg whites into the previous mixture and continue mixing.

Step 4 : Then, add the cream and cheeses while continuing to mix.

Step 5 : Next, incorporate the sesame seeds, melted margarine, regular milk, and evaporated milk, mixing continuously.

Step 6 : Finally, add sugar to taste and mix until the batter has no lumps.

Step 7 : Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F) and bake the mixture for 55 minutes.
