Ingredients

1 can of Condensed milk

1 can of Evaporated milk

4 Eggs

1 ½ cup of Pumpkin

1 cup of Sugar

½ Lemon

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the peeled and large-chunked pumpkins and boil until soft.

Step 2 : Then remove from heat, drain, and blend in a blender until it becomes a creamy puree.

Step 3 : In a bowl, add the eggs and beat together with the condensed and evaporated milk, stirring constantly until well combined.

Step 4 : In a saucepan, combine water, sugar, and the juice of half a lemon.

Step 5 : Heat until the sugar melts and turns a dark brown color.

Step 6 : Then, add the caramel into a pudding mold, spreading it throughout.

Step 7 : Next, pour the mixture into the mold and place it in a water bath in the preheated oven at 350°F.

Step 8 : Cook for about 45 minutes or until a knife inserted into the flan comes out clean.

Step 9 : Once done, remove from the oven and let cool before unmolding.
