Ingredients

1 can of Drained pineapple in syrup

2 cups of Flour

1 ½ teaspoon of Baking powder

1 teaspoon of Salt

1 Yellow butter stick

¾ cup of Sugar

3 Eggs

1 tablespoon of Vanilla

1 cup of Entire milk

bc cup of Pineapple juice

Cherries

2 tablespoons of Oil

½ cup of Brown sugar

2 tablespoons of Yellow butter

Preparation

Step 1 : In a skillet, melt the yellow butter with the sugar.

Step 2 : Once combined, pour the preparation into a 24 cm diameter cake mold.

Step 3 : Add pineapple slices arranged to your liking.

Step 4 : Place cherries in the center of each pineapple slice and between the slices.

Step 5 : In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.

Step 6 : In another bowl, beat the yellow butter with sugar until well integrated.

Step 7 : Add vanilla and eggs one at a time.

Step 8 : Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until obtaining a homogeneous batter.

Step 9 : Carefully pour the batter into the mold over the pineapples without moving them.

Step 10 : Then, bake at 375°C for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 11 : It is important to let it cool before unmolding.
