Peach Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 cups of Graeme cookies, crushed
½ cup of Melted yellow butter
½ cup of Water
2 Cream cheese bars
½ cup of Whole milk
1 cup of Sweet cream
½ cup of Peach nectar
½ cup of Icing sugar
4 Unflavored gelatin envelopes
Fresh peach slices
Mint leaves
Preparation
Step 1 : First, mix the crushed graham cookies and melted yellow butter with the help of a mixer.
Step 2 : Then, gradually add the water until a compact dough is formed.
Step 3 : Spread this dough over the bottom and sides of the mold and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 4 : In a medium-speed blender, combine the cream cheese, whole milk, sweet cream, peach nectar, and icing sugar.
Step 5 : Beat until everything is evenly integrated.
Step 6 : Place all the gelatin envelopes in a glass container, hydrate with ¼ cup of hot water, and dissolve completely.
Step 7 : Then, incorporate this gelatin into the filling mixture while continuing to beat.
Step 8 : Fill the mold with the mixture and refrigerate overnight until it firms up.
Step 9 : Finally, cut the peach into half-moons and serve each cheesecake slice decorated with the peach halves and mint leaves.
