Ingredients

1 cup of Strawberries for decoration

1 cup of Flour

1 Egg

2 tablespoons of Sugar

2 tablespoons of Melted yellow butter

¾ Whole milk

1 teaspoon of Baking powder

2 tablespoons of Vanilla essence

½ cup of Apple juice

½ cup of Pear nectar

¼ cup of White sugar

½ cup of Honey

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, sift the flour and add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 2 : Mix until obtaining a smooth, lump-free batter.

Step 3 : Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : In a small pot, cook all honey ingredients over medium heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Step 5 : Grease a pan with Butter and pour small portions of batter to make mini pancakes.

Step 6 : Cook 1 minute per side.

Step 7 : Serve the pancakes with fresh strawberries and the prepared honey.
