Ingredients

1 cup of Flour

Sugar

6 Eggs

Cinnamon sticks

¼ Margarine stick

2 teaspoons of Baking soda

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

½ teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, add the 6 egg whites and start beating.

Step 2 : Then, add the yolks while continuing to beat.

Step 3 : Add sugar to taste and the cinnamon sticks.

Step 4 : Next, add the baking soda, vanilla, and salt.

Step 5 : Continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 6 : Pour the mixture into a baking dish previously greased with margarine and a little flour.

Step 7 : Preheat the oven to 350°C, add the mixture and bake for 25 minutes.
