Mango Three Milk Cake
Ingredients
210 grams of Flour
15 grams of Cornstarch
9 Eggs
225 grams of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Vanilla essence
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk
1 cup of Whole milk
1 cup of Mango milkshake
1 cup of Mango pulp
1 cup of Whipped cream
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, first grease the baking dish and preheat the oven to 375°F.
Step 2 : Next, separate the egg whites from the yolks and sift the flour together with the cornstarch.
Step 3 : Then, beat the yolks with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 4 : Meanwhile, beat the egg whites to stiff peaks and gently fold the flour and cornstarch mixture into the yolks using folding motions.
Step 5 : Pour the batter into the prepared mold and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick.
Step 6 : While the cake is baking, prepare the sauce in a saucepan with the corresponding ingredients and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7 : Once the cake is ready, drizzle it with the prepared sauce and let it rest overnight to allow the flavors to blend.
Step 8 : The next day, beat the whipped cream to maximum speed and decorate the cake creatively before serving to your guests.
