Ingredients

4 Green plantains

4 Ripe plantains

4 tablespoons of Sugar

Cinnamon

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash and peel the plantains.

Step 2 : In a large pot, place the ripe and green plantains and cook over low heat for 30 minutes until tender.

Step 3 : Then, place them in a mortar or masher to make a puree or mash.

Step 4 : Add the sugar, mix, and finally, gradually add the salt and cinnamon.

Step 5 : Wait until all ingredients are well incorporated and serve.
