2 Packages of marie cookies
1 can of Sweetened condensed milk
1 can of Evaporated milk
Juice of nine lemons
1 ½ can of Cream
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the cake, start by blending the milk with the cream and lemon juice until obtaining a slightly thickened cream.
Step 2 : Then, assemble the cake in layers, alternating the prepared mixture, cookies, and finishing with the mixture again.
Step 3 : Refrigerate for at least one day to allow it to set.
Step 4 : Before serving, decorate the cake with Swiss meringue or meringue, and add some fruits to give it a special touch.
