Ingredients

2 Toast bread

4 Beaten eggs

½ tablespoon of Vanilla

Cinnamon sticks

½ cup of Melted margarine

1 ½ cup of Oil

Grated panela candy

2 cups of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : To begin, slice the bread into pieces and set aside for later use.

Step 2 : Next, beat the eggs, starting by adding the egg whites and then the yolks once the whites have risen.

Step 3 : In a skillet, heat a mixture of butter and oil.

Step 4 : Subsequently, dip the bread slices into the beaten egg mixture and fry until golden and crispy.

Step 5 : In a separate pot, combine the remaining ingredients for the sweet, allowing them to melt and mix properly.

Step 6 : Then, place the fried bread slices in the pot, submerging them in the mixture until well soaked.

Step 7 : Once the bread slices are thoroughly soaked, remove them from the pot and place them on another container for serving.
