Ingredients

4 Ripe bananas

1 cup of Sugar

1 cup of Water

2 Cinnamon sticks

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the bananas and cut them into 1 cm thick slices.

Step 2 : Then, heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry the banana slices until golden.

Step 3 : Once ready, remove and drain on paper towels.

Step 4 : In a separate pot, mix the sugar, water, cinnamon, and vanilla essence.

Step 5 : Bring this mixture to medium heat and cook until a light syrup forms.

Step 6 : Once ready, immerse the fried banana slices into the syrup and cook for a few minutes, ensuring they absorb the syrup well.

Step 7 : Finally, remove from heat and allow to cool before serving.
