Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 teaspoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Salt

½ cup of Milk

1 teaspoon of Malteada

1 cup of Flour

4 cups of Oil for frying

2 cups of Fruit punch juice

2 cups of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the eggs, salt, and sugar.

Step 2 : Gradually add the milk, followed by the malteada, and finally the flour.

Step 3 : Knead the resulting mixture, form into small balls, and roll out with a floured rolling pin.

Step 4 : Deep fry the flakes in hot oil until golden on both sides.

Step 5 : Meanwhile, in a pot, cook the Fruit Punch Juice with the sugar until obtaining a thick syrup.

Step 6 : When serving, add the fruit syrup over the homemade flakes.
