Ingredients

250 grams of Flour

1 Egg

1 cup of White sugar

2 Eggs

Sunflower oil for frying

1 pinch of Salt

Vinegar drops

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large bowl, add one egg, cracking it from the tip, avoiding breaking it as little as possible.

Step 2 : Begin to beat gradually, then add vinegar and a pinch of salt, continuing to beat.

Step 3 : Stir and add enough wheat flour until the mixture does not stick to the hands.

Step 4 : Knead well until the dough begins to take on a shiny color.

Step 5 : Roll out the dough finely on the table and cut into medium strips.

Step 6 : Add to a large skillet with very hot oil, turning to prevent burning.

Step 7 : Once they are ready, remove from the heat and place in a large container with kitchen paper to drain.

Step 8 : Sprinkle with sugar to taste and serve.
