Guava Jam

Ingredients

2 pounds of Ripe guava, preferably with pink pulp

Sugar

Sweet rind (ralladura de dulce)

2 tablespoons of Condensed milk

1 Medium lemon

1 pinch of Salt

1 Ground cinnamon sachet

1 tablespoon of Honey

2 cups of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : Wash the guavas and remove the skin.

Step 2 : Cut into pieces and blend together with the condensed milk, sweet rind, and sugar.

Step 3 : Cut the lemon, extract the juice, and add it to the guava along with the honey and two cups of water. Blend well.

Step 4 : Pour the mixture into a pot and cook over low heat for 10 minutes with the pinch of salt and ground cinnamon.

Step 5 : Let it cool and then refrigerate.

Step 6 : Serve well chilled with some cookies and enjoy.
