Ingredients

1 cup of Shredded rapadura candy

1 Ripe banana

1 cup of Water

1 cup of Diced pineapple

1 cup of Crushed tustacas

1 cup of Sliced apple

½ cup of Apple juice

½ cup of Guava juice

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the rapadura, 1 cup of water, apple juice, and guava juice.

Step 2 : Cook over medium heat until the rapadura dissolves.

Step 3 : Add the apple, pineapple, and ripe banana sliced into 2-inch thick rounds.

Step 4 : Cook everything for about 30 minutes.

Step 5 : Then, let it cool to room temperature.

Step 6 : Serve the fruits over a bed of crushed tustacas and add honey for a sweet touch.
