Ingredients

4 cups of Crema chantilly

2 cups of Almonds slices

Decorative strawberries

3 cups of Strawberries

2 cups of Milkshake

2 cups of Skim milk

½ cup of Sugar

2 cups of Flour

6 Eggs

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

Preparation

Step 1 : In a blender, process the strawberries with the FrestiSULA Milkshake, Skim Milk, and Sugar.

Step 2 : Then add the flour, vanilla essence, and eggs.

Step 3 : Let the batter rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4 : To make the crepes, use a non-stick pan and cook on both sides until firm.

Step 5 : Assemble the cake by layering the crepes with whipped cream and sliced almonds.

Step 6 : Decorate with whipped cream and strawberries.
