Corn Flakes
Ingredients
1 Egg
250 grams of Flour
White sugar
½ Eggshell
1 Eggshell
Sunflower oil
1 pinch of Salt
Vinegar drops
Preparation
Step 1 : In a large bowl, place an egg, being careful not to break it when cracking.
Step 2 : Start beating gradually, adding vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Step 3 : Keep beating and add enough flour until the mixture no longer sticks to the hands.
Step 4 : Knead well until the dough begins to shine.
Step 5 : Then, roll out the dough on the table, making it as thin as possible, cut into medium pieces, and fry in a large skillet with hot oil, carefully to prevent burning.
Step 6 : Once golden, remove from heat and place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Step 7 : Finally, sprinkle with sugar to taste, and the Honduran corn flakes will be ready to enjoy.
