Ingredients

3 cups of Corn flour

1 ¼ cup of Sugar

½ teaspoon of Yeast

1 cup of Melted margarine

½ cup of Liquid milk

2 Large eggs

Sugar for decoration

1 teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious sweet buns, start by preheating the oven to 180°C.

Step 2 : In a large bowl, pour in the corn flour, sugar, yeast, and salt, mixing with a fork to unify the ingredients.

Step 3 : In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk and melted margarine.

Step 4 : Add this liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well until you get a pasty, homogeneous dough.

Step 5 : Then, take portions of the dough and shape them into round forms, placing them on a previously greased baking sheet.

Step 6 : Sprinkle the little buns with a bit of sugar and bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before enjoying with a freshly brewed cup of coffee.
