Ingredients

2 Cream cheese bars

4 tablespoons of Instant coffee

½ cup of Apple nectar

1 cup of Milkshake

1 ½ cup of Lactose-free milk

¾ cup of Confectioners' sugar

2 tablespoons of Vanilla

3 Unflavored gelatin sachets

4 cups of Ground tustacas

½ cup of Pineapple juice

½ cup of Melted yellow butter

2 cups of Prepared chantilly

2 tablespoons of Cocoa

½ tablespoon of Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, mix the ground Tustacas, pineapple juice, and melted yellow butter until well combined.

Step 2 : Then, spread the mixture on the base of the mold to be used for the cheesecake.

Step 3 : In another bowl, place one softened cream cheese bar, the Apple nectar, Vanilla Milkshake, Lactose-free milk, half of the confectioners' sugar, and the vanilla tablespoon.

Step 4 : Mix well with a mixer until obtaining a homogeneous batter.

Step 5 : In a third bowl, place the other cream cheese bar, the milkshake, the Lactose-free milk, the remaining half of the confectioners' sugar, the vanilla tablespoon, and the instant coffee diluted in water.

Step 6 : Add the previously dissolved unflavored gelatin in warm water, half to each mixture, beating quickly to integrate.

Step 7 : Once the mixtures are ready, fill the mold first with the first mixture and let sit for one hour.

Step 8 : Then, fill with the second mixture and let chill overnight.

Step 9 : Finally, decorate with Chantilly, cocoa, and cinnamon powder.
