Coconut Tablet
Ingredients
1 pinch of Nutmeg
3 cups of Panela sugar
¾ cup of Coconut milk
2 cups of Shredded coconut
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the cups of coconut and sugar, mixing well to prevent sticking.
Step 2 : Cook until the sugar caramelizes, approximately 10 minutes.
Step 3 : Then, gradually add the remaining ingredients, mixing constantly to incorporate.
Step 4 : Place the obtained paste on a flat surface and stretch it out, then cut into small squares.
