Ingredients

1 can of Condensed milk

2 tablespoons of Whole milk

2 tablespoons of Semi-skimmed milk

¼ cup of Malteada

1 ¼ cup of Granulated sugar

7 Egg yolks

½ cup of Lightly toasted coconut

1 tablespoon of Coconut cream

1 cup of Sugar

½ cup of Sliced almonds

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, start by melting the sugar in a saucepan until it turns into caramel, then pour it into the mold.

Step 2 : In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, the milks, malted milk, coconut cream, egg yolks, and lightly toasted coconut.

Step 3 : Pour this mixture into the caramel-lined mold and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes in a water bath.

Step 4 : Then, refrigerate overnight, unmold, and serve with almond praline.
