Ingredients
2 pounds of Sugar
1 pound of Shredded coconut
1 ½ cup of Milk
2 Cinnamon sticks
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, add the coconut and sugar and cook for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2 : Once the sugar begins to change color, add the cinnamon and milk, and keep stirring until the milk, sugar, and coconut are well combined.
Step 3 : When the coconut turns coffee-colored and the mixture has thickened, remove from heat.
Step 4 : Then, spread the mixture on a flat surface and cut into squares of the desired size.
Step 5 : Finally, let cool.
