4 Coconuts

¾ cup of White sugar

1 Panela

1 cup of Water

Lemon zest

Grated pineapple

Step 1 : To prepare these delicious coconut tablets, start by cutting the coconuts at the top and remove the water inside.

Step 2 : Then, heat the coconuts to separate the pulp from the shell, or remove the flesh from inside.

Step 3 : Next, melt the panela together with the water and white sugar in a pot over medium heat.

Step 4 : Meanwhile, grate the coconut and mix it with the prepared syrup, also adding cinnamon, lemon leaves, and grated pineapple.

Step 5 : It is important to stir this coconut mixture for about 30 minutes, until it reaches a consistency that doesn't stick.
