Coconut and Pineapple Candy

Ingredients

1 Large pineapple

1 Coconut

Sugar to taste

3 Raisin sachets

2 Cinnamon sticks

1 pinch of Salt

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

2 cups of Water

1 Sweet potato

½ Ginger

1 Clove sachet

1 cup of Milk

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the pineapple and remove all the shell, then cut it into square pieces.

Step 2 : Blend with a little water and proceed to grate the coconut.

Step 3 : Then, place in a pot and add the 2 cups of water and the cup of milk.

Step 4 : Set over low heat and start mixing everything.

Step 5 : Add the raisins, cinnamon sticks, and clove sachet to the pot.

Step 6 : Boil the ginger and sweet potato in a separate container.

Step 7 : Once boiled, mash them and add to the rest of the ingredients.

Step 8 : Add sugar to taste.

Step 9 : Finally, add a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of vanilla essence, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

Step 10 : When the mixture thickens, turn off the fire and remove the pot.

Step 11 : Let it cool and wait until it cools slightly.
