Ingredients

250 grams of High-gluten flour

10 grams of Fresh yeast

100 grams of Butter or margarine

130 milliliters of Whole milk

1 Egg

Vanilla extract

4 tablespoons of Butter or margarine

60 grams of Brown sugar

1 tablespoon of Ground cinnamon

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To make the dough, sift the flour with a pinch of salt and add the yeast.

Step 2 : Then, add the melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla, and knead until a firm dough forms.

Step 3 : Let the dough rise.

Step 4 : For the filling, mix the butter with the sugar and cinnamon.

Step 5 : Once the dough is ready, roll it out and spread the filling, then roll up and cut into slices.

Step 6 : Place the rolls in a baking dish, let them rise, then bake at 360°F (180°C) for about 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
