Chocolate Tart
Ingredients
120 grams of Cocoa powder
225 grams of Yellow butter
4 Eggs
350 grams of White sugar
60 grams of Flour
100 grams of Chopped walnuts
½ liter of Whole milk
½ liter of Chocosula malted milk
½ Cream cheese bar
250 grams of Melted chocolate chips
50 grams of Sugar
20 grams of Unflavored gelatin
350 grams of Chocolate chips
100 grams of Whole milk
25 grams of Yellow butter
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the tart base, mix the cocoa powder, melted Yellow Butter, eggs, sugar, flour, and chopped walnuts.
Step 2 : Then, bake the mixture in a mold at 370°F for 30-40 minutes, let it cool, and then unmold.
Step 3 : Next, hydrate the unflavored gelatin and mix it with the whole milk, Chocosula malted milk, cream cheese, and sugar.
Step 4 : Pour this mixture over the brownie base in the mold and refrigerate overnight.
Step 5 : To prepare the glaze, heat the whole milk and yellow butter, then mix with melted chocolate chips and cover the tart.
Step 6 : Finally, chill the tart for 2 hours before serving.
