Cheese Fondue

In a fondue pot, rub the garlic all over the inside of the pot, pour in the wine and lemon juice, and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

Grate or process the cheeses, mix them, and add to the pot. Once the cheese has fully melted, add the liqueur, nutmeg, pepper, and cook for 5 more minutes.

Bring the pot directly to the table over a burner to keep it warm and creamy.

Ingredients

300 grams of Edam cheese

300 grams of Gouda cheese

400 grams of Pecorino cheese

200 grams of Blue cheese

cup of Whole milk

3 tablespoons of Spreading cream cheese

50 milliliters of Liqueur

1 cup of White wine

2 Garlic cloves

Juice of half a lemon

1 Black pepper to taste

Nutmeg

Step 3 : Meanwhile, grate or process the cheeses, mix them, and add to the pot while stirring continuously.

Step 4 : Once the cheese is fully melted, add the liqueur, nutmeg, and pepper, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve directly at the table over a heated burner to keep it creamy.
