Ingredients

1 liter of Whole milk

1 can of Evaporated milk

5 Egg yolks

Sugar

1 Unflavored cornstarch packet

2 Cinnamon sticks

½ Lemon

1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the liter of milk and the can of evaporated milk in a bowl, then start mixing with a slow-speed blender.

Step 2 : Add the 5 egg yolks and mix everything very well.

Step 3 : Add the necessary amount of sugar to taste.

Step 4 : Put the mixture in a pot and cook over low heat.

Step 5 : Add the cornstarch and mix with a spoon.

Step 6 : Add the cinnamon sticks and squeeze the juice of half a lemon, making sure to remove the seeds.

Step 7 : Incorporate the tablespoon of vanilla essence into the rest of the preparation.

Step 8 : Finally, let the cream cook for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let cool.
