Ingredients

5 Ripe bananas

1 cup of Sugar

2 cups of Wheat flour

½ cup of Margarine

2 Eggs

½ teaspoon of Salt

1 teaspoon of Baking soda

2 teaspoons of Vanilla

2 teaspoons of Ground cinnamon

¼ cup of Milk

Raisins

Preparation

Step 1 : In a bowl, place the bananas and begin mashing them until they reach a purée-like consistency.

Step 2 : Gradually add the sugar, whether the full cup or to taste, while continuing to mix.

Step 3 : Then, add the remaining ingredients gradually, except for the margarine, and keep mixing.

Step 4 : Grease a baking pan with margarine and flour, then pour the mixture into the pan.

Step 5 : Preheat the oven to 220°C and bake for 10 minutes.
