Banana and Caramel Bread
Ingredients
1 Bread loaf bag
2 cups of Sugar
2 cups of Whole milk
½ cup of Vanilla malted milk
¼ cup of Pear nectar
3 Eggs
4 Bananas
½ tablespoon of Ground cinnamon
2 cups of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious bread, place all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix well with a hand whisk until integrated.
Step 2 : If the batter remains somewhat lumpy, that's okay, set aside.
Step 3 : In a heavy-bottomed pot, place 2 cups of sugar and melt over low heat to make caramel, without stirring with a spoon, only move the pot to ensure the sugar melts evenly.
Step 4 : Prepare a baking mold, which can be rectangular, square, or round. Pour the melted sugar into the mold and spread it over the entire base.
Step 5 : Allow it to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 6 : Preheat the oven to 375°F for 15 minutes and pour the batter into the mold, then bake for approximately 45 minutes.
Step 7 : You can insert a toothpick into the center of the batter to check if it's cooked; remove the bread from the oven when the toothpick comes out clean.
Step 8 : Let it cool completely overnight before unmolding to enjoy this freshly made exquisite bread.
