Ingredients
2 Bars of margarine
Sugar to taste
6 Eggs
2 pounds of Corn flour
2 cups of Milk
2 tablespoons of Baking soda
1 pound of Wheat flour
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Vanilla essence
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare these delicious rings, start by melting the margarine in a bowl.
Step 2 : Add sugar to taste and mix well.
Step 3 : Add the eggs one by one, along with the melted margarine and the 2 cups of milk.
Step 4 : Beat the mixture for at least 5 minutes.
Step 5 : Incorporate the corn flour and wheat flour along with the baking soda, and mix until a dough forms.
Step 6 : Add the salt and continue mixing.
Step 7 : Shape into rings in the form of small donuts and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 8 : Bake in the preheated oven at 320 degrees Fahrenheit (160 Celsius) for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Step 9 : To check doneness, use a fine knife.
Step 10 : Once ready, remove from the oven and let cool.
