Ingredients

2 cans of Tuna in water, drained

2 cups of Chopped cucumber

½ cup of Chopped red onion

½ cup of Chopped red bell pepper

¼ cup of Chopped fresh cilantro

¼ cup of Lemon juice

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Black pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cucumber, red onion, red bell pepper, and cilantro.

Step 2 : In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 3 : Pour the lemon mixture over the salad and gently toss to combine all ingredients.
