5 Large potatoes

1 Red onion

1 Carrot

½ cup of Mayonnaise

¼ cup of White vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro for decoration

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious salad, first peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

Step 2 : Then, cook them in salted water until tender.

Step 3 : While the potatoes cook, chop the red onion, carrot, and cilantro into small pieces.

Step 4 : In a large bowl, mix the cooked potatoes, onion, carrot, mayonnaise, and white vinegar.
