2 cups of Corn flour
¼ pound of Melted margarine
1 cup of Water
Shredded rind in pieces
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Preheat the oven to 180°C to prepare the totopostes.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, add the flour, melted margarine, and salt to taste, and mix until ingredients are combined.
Step 3 : Gradually add water while kneading until achieving a firm but soft dough.
Step 4 : Take small portions of the dough and form balls of the desired size, inserting some shredded rind in each to encase it.
Step 5 : Place a metal tray, greased or lined with parchment paper, and arrange the totopostes with 2 cm of space between them.
Step 6 : Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
