Tostones with Guacamole
Ingredients
4 Green plantains
1 Ripe avocado
1 Tomato
½ Purple onion
1 Lemon
Fresh cilantro
1 pinch of Salt
Oil for frying

Step 1 : To prepare the tostones with guacamole, start by peeling the plantains and cutting them into thick slices.
