Tortillas with Quesillo
Ingredients
12 Corn tortillas
850 grams of Quesillo
Prepared tomato sauce
Grated cheese or parmesan
Frying oil
Preparation
Step 1 : In a fairly hot skillet, add frying oil.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, take a tortilla and add quesillo on top.
Step 3 : Then, place another tortilla on top of the quesillo.
Step 4 : When well golden, ensure the quesillo does not spill out.
Step 5 : Let it fry for the necessary time and turn it over once golden.
Step 6 : Fry until it becomes crispy.
Step 7 : Remove the tortillas with quesillo from the heat and place on a clean tray with paper towels to drain excess grease.
Step 8 : Finally, serve on a plate and add tomato sauce and a little grated cheese on top.
