Ingredients

3 pounds of Prepared corn dough

1 Medium onion

1 Garlic clove

1 cup of Cooked and broth-free beans

¼ cup of Finely chopped cilantro

1 pinch of Salt

2 Finely chopped sweet chili peppers

4 tablespoons of Chicken broth

½ pound of Melted margarine

½ cup of Vegetable oil

1 cup of Washed and chopped loroco

Soaked corn husks

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by blending the onion, garlic, cilantro, and chili.

Step 2 : Then, in a bowl, mix the dough with the previously blended ingredients.

Step 3 : Add the salt, chicken broth, and incorporate the oil and margarine while kneading.

Step 4 : Next, form small balls of dough and place the beans and loroco in the center.

Step 5 : Seal the balls and reshape into smaller balls.

Step 6 : Wrap them in soaked corn husks, making sure they don't spill, and tie with the remaining husk pieces.

Step 7 : Place the wrapped balls upright in a pot with water and cook for an hour and a half.
