Ingredients
4 Green plantains
3 Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Sweet chili
Culantro
20 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the plantain slices and season them with a little salt.
Step 2 : Fry in hot oil for approximately 10 minutes, ensuring they are well coated with oil.
Step 3 : To prepare the chismol, finely chop the tomatoes, onion, chili, and cilantro.
Step 4 : Then, place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Step 5 : Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste, mix again, and they are ready to serve.
