Ingredients

1 pound of Orange sweet potato

1 cup of Milk

5 teaspoons of Sugar

¼ teaspoon of Ground cinnamon

1 cup of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by washing the sweet potato with chlorinated water, then peel and cut into very small pieces.

Step 2 : Place in a pot with one cup of water and cook until it is very soft.

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove from heat and mash in the same container until you get a smooth purée.

Step 4 : Next, add the milk and sugar to the purée and return to low heat, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.

Step 5 : Let it simmer gently, then remove from heat to cool.

Step 6 : Before serving, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top as a finishing touch.
